Brixton Assessment Services maintains that any client is entitled to file a written or verbal complaint or appeal against a certification decision made by us.
The General Manager/Head of Certification Body will then study and decide the future course of action. Decisions arising from this appeal or complaint process will be vexed through the BAS Advisory council. Periodic progress updates will be provided to the client during the appeal processing time. The details of the appeals handling process can be provided to the client upon request.
A final decision made in conclusion of the appeal process will be made known to the client accordingly.
